  • 1. Candidates must first complete the One Time Registration (OTR) on the UPSC official website before proceeding to the application form.
  • 2. Log in with your OTR ID and navigate to the Active Examinations section to select the IES/ISS 2026 Exam.
  • 3. Fill in all personal, educational, and contact details carefully as per your matriculation certificate.
  • 4. Upload a scanned photograph and signature in the specified JPG format, and ensure a live photo is captured if prompted.
  • 5. Pay the application fee of Rs. 200 online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI (Female/SC/ST/PwBD are exempt).
  • 6. Choose your preferred examination center from the available list, keeping in mind that centers are allotted on a first-apply-first-allot basis.
