  • 2. Log in with your registration number and password generated during OTR.
  • 3. Under the 'Selection Post' section, click on 'Apply' for Phase-XIV/2026.
  • 4. Carefully choose the region and the specific post code you wish to apply for, as eligibility varies by post.
  • 5. Check the box for your preference of examination centers (three choices).
  • 6. Use the live camera feature to capture your photograph; ensure the background is white and your face is clear.
  • 7. Upload your scanned signature in JPG format within the 10KB to 20KB size limit.
  • 8. Complete the online fee payment of Rs. 100 if you belong to the General, OBC, or EWS category.
  • 9. Review your application thoroughly and click the final submit button.
  • 10. Download the PDF of your completed application for your personal records.
