  • 1. Candidates must first register on the MP Online portal to create a Citizen Profile and obtain a Profile ID.
  • 2. Ensure your mobile number and email are linked to your profile for receiving OTPs and application updates.
  • 3. Fill in the MPESB application form by entering your Profile ID and Date of Birth to auto-fetch details.
  • 4. Select the preferred posts and prioritize your examination center choices from the available list of MP cities.
  • 5. Upload your recent photograph with the name and date of the photo clearly printed at the bottom as per board rules.
  • 6. Scan and upload your signature and the self-declaration hand-written text provided in the official template.
  • 7. Verify all educational details including your 10+2 marks, CPCT score, and Stenography certificate numbers.
  • 8. Pay the application fee of Rs. 560 (General) or Rs. 310 (Reserved) through the MP Online Kiosk or Net Banking.
  • 9. Check the preview page carefully to ensure no spelling errors exist in your name or category selection.
  • 10. Submit the form and take a printout of the computer-generated application receipt for future reference.
